This position will ensure global Financial Services compliance with financial accounting and reporting standards and with SOX compliance.Responsible for the largest subjective account and financial statements. This includes working with the regions to figure out appropriate reserve recommendations and interpretation of both the IFRS and US GAAP guidance.The position researches and resolves accounting issues and accurate handling of new transactions, including discussions with external auditors.Work closely with the CNHI Finance Policy group to build and maintain companywide accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.Annual Salary for this position is $101,000 to $135,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
