We are growing and adding a State Income Tax Analyst to our team. This is a hybrid work model allowing two days remote/home office and three days working onsite offices located in Racine, WI


Timely preparation of the US State Income Tax Return including all supporting calculations and detailed documentation required for audit readiness.
Preparing complex responses to state audit queries and gathering support for state audits.
Perform estate tax research projects including formal write up of issue and conclusions
Responsible for all state apportionment calculations including sales, property and payroll
Responsible for all state tax account reconciliations
Monitor state tax legislation, court cases, and regulatory developments
User of the Compliance Software preferred


Bachelor's degree in Accounting and six (6) years professional corporate tax experience or Public Accounting is required.
State tax audit experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm or publicly traded manufacturing/industrial company and CPA license.
