This position's primary purpose is to provide cost analysis and financial reporting for the Lighting business unit. This role will be in-depth with Operations, Manufacturing, and Engineering while reviewing inventory costing transactions. This includes providing accounting support through month-end journal entries and account reconciliations. Create and enhance sales reports and cost modelsPerform periodic updates to multiple cost analyzes and processesInteracts regularly with manufacturing, purchasing, sales, marketing, and engineering providing support of KPI reports.Works with other team members and groups throughout the Company to gain efficiencies and implement financial process improvements through standardization and automationQualifications:Degree in accounting, finance or related field4-8 years accounting and/or finance experience working in a finance role supporting a large corporationSignificant data modeling experience in Excel using Vlookup and pivot tablesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAccounting or Finance DegreePrior experience using Oracle E Business Suite ERPExperience with Fixed Asset accountingExperience with Average and Standard CostingData analysis experience utilizing Power BI or similar toolsExperience in a manufacturing environment
