We are looking for a Tax Analyst at our Racine, WI location. Annual compensation range is $56,000-$81,000 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role). Prepare information needed for filing monthly state sale/use and Canadian GST/PST returns.Support Tax Manager in addressing both US Sales tax, Canadian GST & PST audit queries.Work closely with our Industrial and Captive finance business teams to understand their business transactions to ensure the proper indirect tax determinations are made.Develop a strong understanding of how our CNH business transactions flow through our primary software products, SAP/Ambit, to ensure our indirect tax decision making software, Vertex, is interacting with our software to allow the correct tax result.Oversee our external Property tax compliance group to ensure information is timely supplied for filings, audits and valuation reviewsAssist with US & Canadian Research tax credit calculation. Timely file our US companies annual reports. The qualified candidate will have:Minimum of Associates degree in Accounting; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred.Entry level to 5 years of tax experience with large public accounting firm or publicly traded company.Ability to quickly understand how various software and system applications programs interact (SAP, Ambit, CSPS, Data Warehouse, Vertex) with the objective of enhancing our use of data gathering automation tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, QIik view etc. is a strong plus.The Preferred candidate will have:Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work on cross-functional teams and effectively communicate in a large, international, matrix organization.
