We are looking for a Treasury Financial Specialist at our Racine, WI location (Hybrid). Annual compensation range is $88,000-$127,000 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role). Preparation and distribution of monthly servicer reporting for the U.S. and Canadian Wholesale ABS Trusts; ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the servicer reportingOwn the ABS Selection process for U.S. & Canadian Term deals and U.S. & Canadian Warehouse facilitiesAssist in testing improvements to the Qliksense tool to further automate the current ABS selection processAssist in semi-annual End-to-End testing of retail loan system for ABS functions or when hotfixes are deliveredAssist with various projects, specifically testing the ABS functionality of the new wholesale loan system Successfully collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Accounting, Business Reporting, IT for Retail & Wholesale systems, PMO and QRM groups when neededProvide support to EY for on-going compliance testingPrepare necessary work papers and documentation to support SOX analysis of specific treasury reporting key controlsSupport CNH Industrial Capital's ALM team as needed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Accounting or FinancePrior financial services, Capital Markets or asset-backed securitization experience a plusPreferred advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AccessPreferred working knowledge of Qliksense tool, SAP and SAP business warehouse, and IBM Cognos Analytics Compensation & Benefits: CNH Industrial offers a wide variety of benefits that not only encourages wellness and preventive care, but we also provide the right tools and programs to help you achieve it.
