What This Role Looks Like You’ll work across Payroll and Accounts Payable supporting multiple companies — helping keep operations organized, accurate, and moving forward. Some of what you’ll touch: Multi-company payroll processing (Paychex Flex) Time & attendance reviews, reimbursements, and payroll reporting Invoice entry and vendor payments in Microsoft Dynamics GP Process improvements and collaboration with a supportive accounting team This isn’t a “stay in your lane” type of job — we value ideas and initiative.
