Desktop Support Technician - CreativeCorporate Headquarters12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158Are you a Mac master? An expert in Adobe's Creative Cloud? As a Desktop Support Technician, you'll provide technical support Uline's award-winning in-house Creative department. Ensure the software and hardware for our over 150 Mac and Windows users are running impeccably to execute content on tight deadlines with consistent brand clarity. Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, document and resolve a variety of software, hardware and network problems in collaboration with the IT team.
• Research technological trends and products to inform and plan for future upgrades and test new software and hardware.
• Develop and deliver user training on new software updates to improve productivity.
• Help develop a multi-year needs justification plan and department budget. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of IT experience in an enterprise or educational environment, providing technical support and leading training for Mac users.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud including Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
  • Knowledge of digital asset and project management systems a plus. Benefits
