releases
Lead the auditing process for the help center to ensure accuracy
and relevance
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a content writer, editor, or related
role
Exceptional written and grammatical skills
Experience in developing content across various formats
Strong research skills and ability to create well-structured
content briefs
Proficiency with tools such as Slack, MacOS, Zendesk, HubSpot, and
GSuite
