Customer Service Representative to join our team in Racine,
Wisconsin. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a
vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing
inquiries and resolving issues in a detail-oriented and efficient
manner. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a
non-profit organization while developing valuable customer service
skills. Responsibilities: • Handle incoming calls with care,
ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly. • Provide
accurate information about products, services, and policies to
customers. • Process orders and manage data entry tasks with
attention to detail. • Assist customers with resolving issues or
complaints in a courteous manner. • Collaborate with team members
to ensure seamless service delivery. • Maintain records of customer
interactions and transactions. • Follow established procedures to
meet quality and performance standards. • Communicate effectively
with customers and internal teams to achieve resolutions. • Support
outbound call initiatives as needed to enhance customer engagement.
• Continuously strive to improve processes and service quality.•
Previous experience in call center or customer service roles. •
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls. • Strong skills
in order entry and data management. • Excellent verbal and written
communication abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a
fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving skills with a focus on
customer satisfaction. • Familiarity with standard customer service
tools and software. • High level of organization and attention to
detail.
