WIAA coach certification or State teachers license is required.2. A current knowledge of Basketball rules and regulations and skill instruction.3. Five years of past college or high school experience as a Basketball participant or coach is preferred.4. CPR/AED training is preferred.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Perform duties as designated by Activities Director.2. Work with, organize, and lead high school age students.3. Commit the time needed to maintain a successful program.4. Communicate with students, parents, officials, faculty and the public (including media) effectively.5. Attend meetings and performs duties required by the W.I.A.A./Conference/School District6. Supervise and direct assistant coach (s) as needed7. Maintain an image as a positive role model including, but not limited to: a.
