Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Education Production
and Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire production lifecycle for learning
content, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Oversee and mentor a media production team, fostering a
collaborative and innovative culture
Design and implement scalable content development strategies and
processes to enhance production efficiency
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in media production and learning
development, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in instructional design principles and familiarity with
methodologies like ADDIE or Agile
Strong technical skills in production processes and tools,
including Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning authoring tools
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, media
production, or a related field
Experience managing content in Learning Management Systems
(LMS)
