Position Maintenance Mechanic\n \n Pay $20.00+\n \n Shift 7 00 -3 00 PM\n \n Location Racine, WI 53403\n \n Job Type Long Term/Temp-to-hire\n \nReassemble machines after the completion of repair or maintenance work.\n \nStart machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.\n \nInspect or test damaged machine parts, and mark defective areas or advise supervisors of repair needs.\n \nLubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment, according to specified procedures.\n \nInstall, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to production specifications.\n \nDismantle machines and remove parts for repair, using hand tools, chain falls, jacks, cranes, or hoists.\n \nRecord production, repair, and machine maintenance information.\n \nRead work orders and specifications to determine machines and equipment requiring repair or maintenance.\n \nSet up and operate machines, and adjust controls to regulate operations.\n \nCollaborate with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment\n \nMaintain ISO-9001 2008 Certification Standards.\n \nIND#123\n \n Requirements\n Must have Robotics experience Pass required Company pre-screening assessments Possess good problem solving skills and ability to read required gages and tools Availability for overtime hours as needed. 3-5 years prior experience. \n We are an equal opportunity employer.\n \n#IND123\n \n Benefits\n \n To be discussed at time of hire.
