The Senior Facility Engineer has technical proficiency in facilities engineering operations that includes a high level of experience with handling sophisticated central plant systems, fire protection systems, and building controls. This role will be supporting the North American facilities and some worldwide projects. This position is eligible for a flexible hybrid work model with candidates ideally located in or near Racine, WI or Burr Ridge, IL. Responsibilities Develop project scopes, designs and estimates for different projects supporting utilities, facility improvements and manufacturing Collaborate with engineers, manufacturing, and contractors to develop requirements and solutions, recommend changes to resolve design and construction problems Lead numerous projects from small to large simultaneously. Scope will include but not limited to: compressed air, cooling towers, mill water pumping, fire protection, HVAC, overhead cranes, manufacturing equipment installation, above and below ground piping, steam and hot water boilers Report on the progress of the project as well as monitoring the expense versus the budget for the project Support site and facility maintenance personnel with engineering expertise on any maintenance repair issuesAnnual Base Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,700 USD.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. In lieu of Bachelor's degree will consider Associate's with minimum 13 yrs experience in building facilities engineering and maintenance or High School diploma with minimum of 15 years experience in building facilities engineering and maintenance 10+ years experience in building facilities engineering and maintenance 3+ years working experience with Building automation systems 5+ year of working experience in Autocad 5+ years experience creating capital requests and prioritization of capital needed for 5 year plan Ability to travel up to 25% with the majority being domestic Compensation & Benefits: We offer competitive compensation with multiple benefit (medical/dental/vision) options to meet your individual needs.
