Quality Engineer
Racine, WI or Fargo, ND - Full-time
Productive Resources (www.pr-engservices.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in either Racine, WI or Fargo, ND. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will design new products and make improvements to existing products. May evaluate products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability. Works with other members of the engineering staff to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner.
This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization. There is also the opportunity for this role to be a direct hire position.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Analyze and resolve quality concerns reported by CNH Industrial's network of Dealers, Manufacturing Plants and Suppliers
  
• Communicate inspection requirements/method to Warehouse Inspectors to validate product conformance to a standard via physical examination and measurement
  
• Captures and analyzes statistical data from part inspections conducted at our warehouses to either confirm compliance with established standards or identify deviations from standards
  
• Perform studies to identify process variation, report objective results, and give recommendations to decrease quality defects of incoming material
  
• Technical representation for on-site inspections and continuous quality improvement
  
• Provide guidance to improve productivity of quality teams and processes including impartial recommendations for improvement to existing processes
  
  Qualifications

  • Associates' Degree with at least four (4) years' of technical quality experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment: OR
    
    The ideal candidate will possess:
    
    • 
      
    • Strong Microsoft Office Suite and overall computer competency
      
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with many different internal/external stakeholders
