Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate with
hands-on technical experience in Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end issue resolution for customer challenges,
troubleshooting across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, APIs,
CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
Onboard, train, and enable customers on best practices for
Kubernetes, CI/CD, API integrations, and cloud service
configurations
Maintain deep knowledge of platform architecture and collaborate
with teams to improve reliability and enhance observability
Required Qualifications
BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's with
6+ years; additional experience may substitute for a degree
Background in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering,
DevOps, or Systems Administration focused on hybrid cloud
environments
US Citizen with current active DoD Secret clearance
Hands-on experience with cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud, and integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud
services
Expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and proficiency with
Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation for automated infrastructure
provisioning
