Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead/Principal NLP Engineer to
join their Conversational AI product team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance the architecture of ML services for high
performance
Set up model training processes and improve bot memory
Manage processes and organize team workflows as the Head of AI when
needed
Required Qualifications
Practical experience in implementing complex NLP projects
Knowledge of mathematical algorithms for ML and key model types
Extensive experience in NLP technologies such as LLM, DPO, and
RLHF
Excellent knowledge of Python and popular libraries like
Scikit-learn and Pandas
Experience with PyTorch and Transformers, and proficient in
Linux/Unix and Git
