Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate who will thrive in a manufacturing environment. The role involves assembly work, both mechanical and electrical, utilizing hand and power tools. Candidates should possess a mechanical aptitude and previous experience in manufacturing or production. Responsibilities include picking, packing, and machine operating. 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm Pay: $18/hour Responsibilities Assemble subcomponents of motors using mechanical and electrical skills. Operate hand and power tools efficiently. Pick and pack items for production. Conduct quality checks on finished products. Clean metal parts to remove protective oil used during shipping. Work collaboratively with a team in various production cells. Adapt to different tasks and move between areas as required. Essential Skills Ability to stand for 8 hours a day. Ability to read a computer screen and follow detailed instructions. Demonstrated capability to be trained and adapt to new tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Quality or packing experience Experience in electronic assembly is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo Grove, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
