Mukwonago is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Lube
Technician to join our team and provide essential maintenance
services for our customers' vehicles. As a Lube Technician, you
will play a vital role in performing routine oil changes, fluid
checks, and basic maintenance tasks that contribute to the safety,
reliability, and longevity of our customers' vehicles. Who we are:

experience as an automotive lube technician is preferred but not
required. Basic knowledge of automotive systems, components, and
maintenance procedures. Familiarity with standard automotive tools
and equipment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow
instructions accurately. Good communication skills to interact with
customers and team members effectively. A commitment to safety and
adherence to safety protocols. Physical capability to perform tasks
such as lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended
periods. Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies
and processes in the automotive industry. Responsibilities Perform
routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid
checks, filter replacements, and tire rotations. Utilize standard
automotive tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks
efficiently and accurately. Inspect vehicles for signs of wear,
damage, or potential issues and report findings to senior
technicians or supervisors. Maintain accurate and detailed records
of services performed, including parts used, fluid levels, and
other relevant information. Assist senior technicians as needed,
learning from their expertise and guidance to enhance your
technical skills. Stay updated with industry trends and
advancements to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
