OES has immediate openings for a Senior Civil Design Engineer - Transportation with a Hybrid schedule based out of Madison, Milwaukee, & Green Bay, WI. Key Responsibilities: Manage the delivery and budgets for transportation and/or civil infrastructure projects. Assist in the development of proposals and estimates. Provide design expertise and mentoring of other staff members. Oversee and/or lead the development of roadway design and plans for urban and rural highways and interchanges. Oversee and/or lead the preparation of environmental documents, miscellaneous design reports, and final PSE packages. Lead meetings with clients and the general public. Work cooperatively with other engineers and project managers. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university. Experience managing WisDOT projects. Licensed Wisconsin PE or ability to obtain a license within one year. Interest in transportation-related design and construction projects.
