Job Description Job Description Badger State Staffing is seeking a motivated Fabricator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is designed for someone eager to apply their skills in welding, technical assembly, or plasma cutting in a fast-paced environment where every day offers the chance to learn new techniques and broaden your expertise. Primary Duties: Perform precision fabrication by working with welding and machining equipment to bring projects to life Operate a plasma cutter to prepare materials that range in size Assist senior fabricators on complex builds while taking ownership of your own smaller-scale projects Support technical assembly duties as needed Qualifications: Basic understanding of MIG welding (certification is a plus, but not required) Familiarity with manual machinery such as a drill press, band saw, or bench grinder Prior experience using a plasma cutter is beneficial Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings, schematics, and weld symbols Proficiency using shop measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, squares) to the nearest millimeter General knowledge of different metal types (steel, aluminum, stainless) and how they react to heat
