Construction Primary Role: Support project execution by managing
information flow, document control, and technical coordination
bridging; field, design, and management. Reports To: Project
Manager for all project assignments Key Responsibilities: Document
Control: Establish and maintain RFI, submittal, and contract
document logs. Ensure timely distribution of drawings, revisions,
and approvals. Procurement & Buyout: Draft and track scopes of work
and bid packages. Solicit and compare quotes; support contract
issuance. Change Management: Track potential change events; prepare
cost and schedule impacts. Support documentation for change orders
and T&M tracking. Schedule Support: Update CPM schedules and
maintain short-term look-aheads. Quality & Field Support: Maintain
project quality documentation and inspection reports. Assist in
field verification and punch list management. Financial Support:
Support monthly billing and forecasting documentation. Maintain
cost tracking logs and assist PM with projections. Benefits
