Commercial Training Manager will have responsibly for setting and
leading strategic direction for the North American region's
Commercial Training group. Lead and influence the Sales Training
group to provide superior commercial brand support.Manage a team
including both managers and experienced professionals towards
execution of department objectives, and attainment of KPIs.Creation
and facilitation of sales training courses to Dealership
salespeople and internal CNH Industrial customers.Development of
training program materials (standard or eLearning), which may
include presentations, handouts, tests, video modules and exercises
to apply knowledge of the subject matter.Create and analyzes course
evaluations (standard or eLearning) in order to judge effectiveness
of training sessions and to implement suggestions for
improvements.Work with commercial brands to update training
materials (may include eLearning), create curriculum road maps, and
ensure accuracy and effectiveness of courseware and supporting
materials to align with new product releases.Interface with
Dealerships to identify and complete training needs.Participate in
meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information
useful to the training function and execution of performance and
strategy objectives.Other related duties as assigned.This position
pays $117,000-$155,500 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based
on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for
the role.) Bachelor's degree. In lieu of Bachelor's degree will
consider Associate's Degree with minimum 7 years of experience in
sales training, product management or related capacity.5+ years of
experience in sales training, product management or related
capacity.3+ years demonstrated ability managing a team of
