Responsibilities









As the Precision Technology Program Manager with Enterprise Connectivity Delivery Office (ECDO), you will be responsible to plan, lead, and direct all development activities, to meet customer needs and fit within the capabilities of the Precision Technology team. The ECDO team works across component and equipment platform programs to ensure on time launch of products to meet the customer needs, thereby enabling positive impacts on the global business.

  • Lead execution of Precision Technology results for major Connectivity Products and Features including both hardware and software
  • Run end to end execution of Precision Technology initiatives/projects.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams (Product Marketing Managers, Technical Product Managers, Engineering/Development, Architecture, Security, Product Validation, etc.) to develop and implement short-term and long-term plans, policies, procedures, resources, and initiatives.
  • Work with leadership team to maintain accountability to Precision Technology investment, plans, and initiatives.
  • Gain knowledge of the customer and business needs; thereby contributing to strategic decisions.
  • Measure and monitor overall program performance. Create and review individual project status reports to support close surveillance over product development and support events to assure accurate allocation of resources.
  • Ensure project plans and timelines are met by internal and external resources through Program Increment (PI) and Stage-Gate team plans and commitments.
  • Understand and lead the program risk throughout the life cycle including identifying responsible parties and escalation opportunities
  • Holds effective program kick-offs, regular cadence of communications, and post-program lessons learned to look for issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Effectively communicate to stakeholders with the appropriate content and frequency.
  • Provide feedback to the PMO regarding process items that could improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire product development process.The annual salary for this role is $125,350 - $192,050 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)













    Qualifications









    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, business, or related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/electronic hardware; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Thorough knowledge of product development and procedures, including general finance exposure
    • Experience handling budgets and increasing efficiencies
    • Knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kaizen and waterfall program management
    • Validated leadership, organizational, documentation, analytical, and decision-making skills
    • Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Project)The ideal candidate will have:
      • PMP
      • 2 years of Program Management or equivalent experience
      • 3 years of Project Management and/or Product Management or equivalent experience
