As Director of Supply Chain Systems, lead the team that implements, supports and maintains supply chain systems across Ulines North American operations. Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Work with process owners and subject matter experts to define, build, test, and provide training on systemic solutions for various warehouse processes.
• Plan future direction of supply chain management systems at Ulines U. S., Canada and Mexico warehouses, including upgrading the current Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ActiveWM.
• Oversee a broad team to ensure system stability and performance.
• Manage relationships with outside vendors.
• Collaborate with corporate and warehouse leadership on overall management of the distribution network.
• Conduct meetings to discuss performance, progress and improvement plans as well as update executive leadership on warehouse systems. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems implementation and support, distribution / warehouse management, logistics or other relevant area.
  • Effective distribution management leading catalog, wholesale, . com or high-volume retail enterprises.
  • 5+ years of experience with multi-site operations.
  • Experience implementing and working with Manhattan Associates warehouse management systems. Benefits
