Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of School Nursing to lead
and oversee health programs across its school network.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and oversee the school's health programs in
collaboration with medical authorities and school leaders
Ensure compliance with health regulations and monitor the
effectiveness of health programs and services
Lead and manage the network-wide health team, providing supervision
and training for school nurses
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of school nursing experience with proven
leadership in health program management
Registered Nurse (RN) license required; additional certifications
in school nursing preferred
Experience in developing policies and supporting a team of health
professionals
Strong organizational skills with a focus on documentation
