Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Manager for the East Coast
region.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the account
team to enhance customer contracts and relationships
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements
and resolve roadblocks for on-time commitments
Negotiate and execute renewal contracts and identify
upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, or
Account Management within an Enterprise SaaS organization
Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close large,
complex contracts
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and
customer-facing teams
Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications and
collaboration technology
Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals in a
dynamic environment
