Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Critical Technical Support
Manager (On-Prem).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the resolution of critical Priority One (P1) incidents in a
24x7 operational model
Manage direct reports to achieve performance objectives and enhance
customer experience
Collaborate with various teams to improve internal reporting,
processes, and support ticketing systems
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of supervisory/management experience with a BA or 2-4
years with a Master's degree and 8 years of experience
5+ years of experience working directly with customers in a
technology company
Experience with Cloud/SaaS software products is highly
desirable
Ability to work a 4-day/10-hour work week and be commutable to
either Richardson, TX or Boulder, CO
Experience in improving support ticketing systems and related
workflows
