Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, deliver, and improve global Customer Success enablement
programs
Collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful enablement
programs
Define and track program milestones and KPIs, reporting progress to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
3+ years in an enablement or program management role
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success or related
roles
Training or degree in learning and development or relevant
areas
Outstanding organizational and project management skills
Extensive experience in the fast-paced technology sector
