Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Global Alliances to lead the
alliances ecosystem and drive revenue generation through
partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and execute global alliances strategy in collaboration with
sales, marketing, and product teams
Research, recruit, and qualify new partners while managing existing
partner relationships
Lead contractual negotiations and develop joint marketing
initiatives to drive revenue results
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in partner sales or alliances development
within the SaaS environment
B2B partnerships experience in the HCM industry and
marketplaces
Strong executive-level presentation skills
Commercially savvy with a self-motivated and results-focused
attitude
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
