Plans, directs, and coordinates the marketing of the organization's products and/or services personally or through subordinate supervisors. Plans, directs and coordinates sales and marketing efforts to International markets.
Responsibilities Upholds Company Core Values of Excellence, Integrity, and Respect in all work related activities. Create and uphold the Company Strategic Planin collaboration with management team. Work closely with the management team to establish the Company goals and objectives in support of Strategic Plan. Communicate Strategic Plan to departmental management. Participate in the development of Company goals and objectives, policy and procedures, and ensure vertical and horizontal communication throughout the Company, in collaboration with the management team. Work together with management team to form united leadership. Delegatethe actions and goals of the Company Strategic Plan to Departments and Individuals within area of responsibility. Oversee the development and progress of Departmental and Individual goals to support the Company Strategic Plan. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Benchmarkthe progress of Company, Department, Individual performance Review analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine departmental progress toward stated goals and objectives. Perform Company financial review with profitability focus. Establish personal development goals to further support the success of the Company, Department, and yourself. Hold Management Group, Departments, and IndividualsAccountablefor expected performance. Communicate and discuss performance toward stated goals and objectives timely and constructively. Perform Company financial review to ensure achievement of stated goals and objectives. Perform reviews of industry and regional trends affecting the respective departments and perform necessary benchmarking analysis. CoachManagement Group, Departments, and Individuals as necessary to support progress of Company Strategic Plans and create the desired culture. Continue personal development through participation in training, conferences, and networking. Ensure proper success planning and professional development plans exist for key departmental positions. Uphold the culture of the company: bringing teamwork, synchronicity, and collaborative decision-making to the company and creating a culture of awareness and openness to the issues. Marketing Establishes marketing goals to obtain greater share of market and maximize profitability. Develops and maintains strategies to increase Company brand awareness including but not limited to trade show participation, social media presence, electronic media, product portfolio and the like. Addresses issues related to product marketing, sales support and building brand equity. Develops and executes marketing plans and programs to provide profitable product growth and line expansion. Work with sales and customers to develop concepts, products and promotions to maximize our sales opportunities. Researches, analyzes, and monitors demographic, trend, technological, and financial factors to capitalize on market opportunities. Coordinate a wide variety of functional areas; sales, engineering, manufacturing and marketing to develop and produce product on a timely basis as requested. Responsible for organizing, developing, and executing advertising/media plans. Conducts marketing surveys on products and markets, both existing and new. Responsible for developing and overseeing application of sales and marketing expense budget. In conjunction with legal department is responsible for establishing and maintaining all Company trademarks and copyrights. Participate in various meetings including Executive, Strategic Planning and New Product Development. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Master's preferred. 5-7 years' experience in a high-level Marketing role.
