We Are Hiring Join our team at Ascension in a full time, daytime, 40 hour per week CLINIC RN role in our Electrophsiology Clinic at Ascension All Saints in Racine, Wisconsin!**Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility for start time if neededWhy Join Ascension? This position will be working out of the Cardiovascular Building at our Ascension All Saints Spring Street campus at 3803 Spring Street, Racine, Wisconsin and 4328 Old Green Bay Road - Hwy 31 Clinic in Mount Pleasant (Friday). This is a full time, benefits eligible position that has access to a 403b retirement savings plan. This RN will be ordering tests, answering patient calls/questions, reviewing procedure instructions with patients, filling medication requests, working with insurances for authorizations, etc. There will be cross training for EP device checks in the future. This role is ideal for a dynamic candidate with strong time management skills who has a desire to work in a challenging, fast paced environment. • Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
  • Required Credential(s):
    • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
    • One or more of the following:
      • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
      • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in. Education:
        • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing requiredWork Experience:
          • Experience working as an RN in a Cardiology/Electrophysiology setting is strongly preferred.
