We?re looking for talented associates to join us as we continue advancing healthcare across Wisconsin.What You Will Do As an Associate with All Saints Hospital, you will have the opportunity to evaluate?and conduct?medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.This position has treatment responsibilities in hospital acute care departments primarily, but also will have treatment responsibilities on the CARF accredited, stroke specialty IPR unit.? This associate must be able to evaluate and treat patients with a variety of units, including general medical, general surgery, orthopedics, neurologic, and cardiovascularResponsibilities:

• Performs initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
• Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.
• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
• Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
  • Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider?credentialed from the?American Heart Association (AHA)?obtained within?2 Months (60 days)?of hire date or job transfer date.?
  • Rehab Therapist?specializing in?Physical Therapy (RPT)?credentialed from the?Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board?obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.?Education:
    • Diploma?
    • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.Work Experience:
