We Are Hiring: Clinical Programs Coordinator - Wound Ostomy NurseAll Saints Hospital - Racine, WI40hrs/week Days**WOCN (Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse) Certification highly preferred** What You Will Do: Coordinate nursing program activities and resources within clinical specialty or department.

• Develop and oversee programs, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies and procedures.
• Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
• Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated.
• Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.
• May supervise and direct nursing staff.
• Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required. What You Will Need: Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • One or more of the following required:
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job -transfer date. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Minnesota Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job -transfer date. Licensure is dependent on state associate works in.
    • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.Education:
      • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. Additional Preferences: No additional preferences.
