Racine/ Milwaukee, Wisconsin



Expanding Multispecialty Group seeks to add a PM&R physician to the staff. Well established service area of 230,000 with existing high volume primary care. Consultations regularly received from IM, FP, Orthopedics, Occupational Health, and other specialists.



You will quickly establish a thriving practice of both inpatients and outpatients seeking rehabilitation care. Approximately 800 acute care rehab consults are written annually, with 400 admissions to our 14 bed CARF accredited inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Call will be 1:2.



We also maintain a CARF accredited WER Center that specializes in returning injured workers to the work place. Outpatient services currently focus on musculoskeletal dysfunction as well as work related injuries. We have the desire to develop clinics within more employer locations.



Programs: CARF accredited Center for Inpatient Rehabilitation 14 bed unit

CARF Stroke Certified Rehabilitation in patient unit

CARF accredited Occupational Rehabilitation Program

Specialty programming in Sports Rehabilitation, Performance

Enhancement, Vestibular, Incontinence, Osteoporosis, Stroke/Neurological Rehabilitation, and Hand Therapy.

6 High School Contracts providing Team Coverage and School Visit Consultation Services

Locations: Outpatient Rehabilitation in 6 locations throughout Racine County

Two Acute Hospital Locations

Service to Industries Racine/Milwaukee Counties
