• Sign-on bonus: $900
• Department: Stepdown Intermediate Care
• Schedule: Part-time, .6 nights, 7PM-7:30AM, 2 shifts per week, every third weekend, about every other holiday
• Hospital: Ascension Franklin
• Location: Franklin, WI

    Responsibilities
    Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision in assigned area.
    • Aid with entry and exit of patient.
    • Assist patient with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
    • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
    • Document necessary records.
    • Responsible for keeping patient rooms clean and orderly as well as maintaining medical equipment.
      Requirements
      Licensure/Certification/Registration:
      • 
        BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
      • Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. CNA certification on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting.
        Education:
        • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
          • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
