Ridgewood Care Center - Interested in a SIGN ON BONUS of $20k for a 3rd shift position? A portion is PAID ON EACH check for 18 months)? What about a $5 shift differential for 3rd shift?! THEN, you need to look at Ridgewood for a 3rd shift position (1030pm-7am). A Registered Nurse at RCC would have an exciting opportunity Full Time (or Part Time) leading our 3rd shift team. Advance your skills in a skilled or long term setting. The RN is responsible for supervision of the nursing floor and services, overseeing the other nursing personnel in the delivery of care and services according to each residents comprehensive resident assessment and plan of care.


Job Duties include:



Ensure timely responses to residents needs, to evaluate documentation of unit nursing staff, and to evaluate regulatory compliance with documentation requirements.


Listens to shift report making special note to follow-up on significant changes


Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing on the units and makes changes as necessary, utilizing the resources available i.e.


Maintains ongoing communication with others


Works every other weekend- we have GREAT weekend shift differentials!
