Job Description:
Overview:
We have an opening for a Clinic Director to join us and experience
a level of caring, teamwork and clinician-centered development that
is uncommon in PT today.
The Clinic Director is a Licensed Therapist who is responsible for
leading the clinic through ATIs mission, vision and values to
develop a high performing team which consistently delivers growth
and extraordinary customer outcomes. In this role, you will have a
direct reporting relationship to ATIs District Director. This is a
management role where you will be responsible for day-to-day
operations of the clinic, supervision of clinic staff as well as
patient treatment. The Clinic Director role may span management of
between approximately 1-3 clinics.

Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance
metrics as directed by your manager
- Responsible for clinic staffing levels
- Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and the district
leadership team
- Cultivate relationships with patients and the community
- Build a team culture which aligns with ATIs mission
- Support development of team members to ensure high performance.
This includes feeling comfortable in providing critical feedback
when necessary and annual performance development discussions
- Develop individualized plans of care and treat patients through
all phases of physical therapywith an emphasis towards
compassionate, comprehensive and evidenced based approaches,
restoring patients to full functionality
- Complete daily patient care, progress and discharge notes
- Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and
other referral sources
- Maintain clinical logs and checklists necessary for
compliance
- Schedule management
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college
- Must be a licensed PT, OT or PTA, or license eligible in the
state of Wisconsin.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability
to multitask while providing an exceptional
- Proficient in basic technology such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and
feel comfortable reviewing reports and metrics
- Ability to stand, stoop and move throughout the clinic for the
entire assigned shift
- The Clinic Director must encompass strong time-management skills
and have the ability to seamlessly follow company directives to
ensure continuity across clinics
