VHS is looking for an Anesthesiologist in Racine, WI!Credentialing Timeline 90 DaysCompetitive hourly rates!Must be able to do OB and solo casesMust be willing to cover call (weekday nights and weekend day/nights)Staffing Model: 7 MDs, 11 CRNAs292 licensed beds10-11 ORs plus OB running daily; 3 to 4 rooms run late daily until about 7pm10,000 annual casesMust be comfortable with OB1600 Deliveries a Year; 70% Epidurals, 25% C-Section (includes VBACS)Cases include wide variety of cases from general to cardiac including GYN, eyes, craniotomies, ENT. Have a broad diversity in practice and general surgery very busy. Also do robotic surgery for general surgery, gynecology, and ortho. No hearts. Level 3 NICU but irrelevant to the practiceApproximately 100 bypass cases / year and 99% on bypass, not off pump. Utilize TEE.Lots of regional anesthesiaSurgery CenterCall Required:MD In house call 1:9, 2 rooms 10 hours, 4 rooms 8 hoursPhysicians have about four 1st calls/month (in house) and 3-4 back up calls/month.Both Physicians and CRNA can and will push meds, induction is collaborative process.
