Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager (CRA Line
Manager).
Key Responsibilities
Manage departmental staff, including resource allocation,
performance management, and career development
Develop and implement quality systems and controls, and prepare for
audits and inspections
Participate in project-specific activities, including site
identification, enrollment, and feasibility assessments
Required Qualifications
College or University degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
experience
At least 5 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years
in clinical team management
Demonstrated operations experience in a CRO or pharma company
Basic financial knowledge and ability to manage budgets
Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
