Job Description:
This RN position in Oklahoma City involves working 6:45
PM-----"7:15 AM full-time on the Cardiac Stepdown team, providing
exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities include managing patient assessments, care
planning, interventions, and supervising staff while adhering to
safety goals.
Requires current Oklahoma RN licensure, BLS certification,
effective communication, and department-specific competencies.
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS may be required
depending on the department, with opportunities for mentorship and
on-call duties.
Benefits include increased pay, front-loaded PTO, paid short-term
