Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN-Registered
Nurse to join our faith-based healthcare organization. At

direct patient care and interdisciplinary teamwork to provide the
best outcomes possible. Provide high-quality nursing care in
accordance with patient needs, standards of care, and nursing
protocols. Perform physical assessments, administer medications,
and document all patient interactions in electronic health records
accurately. Implement patient care plans and coordinate with
healthcare team members to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and
their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and
preventive care strategies. Monitor patient progress and make
adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills
in patient assessment and acute care. Proficient in nursing
protocols and standards of care. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Capability to work effectively within an
interdisciplinary team. Adaptability to rapidly changing
environments and situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) highly
preferred.
