Schedule: /n 100%, Monday – Friday, working 4 days with 10-hour
shifts and a 1:8 weekend rotation. Hours can vary based on
operational needs. You will work at University Hospital in Madison,
WI. /n Be part of something remarkable /n As an Advanced Practice
Provider, you'll play an integral role in our ambulatory care teams
by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. /n We
are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to: /n /n -
Provide neurological services including general neurology, stroke,
and neurology consults to adult inpatients at University Hospital.
You will care for patients with diagnoses across the spectrum of
neurological disorders including, but not limited to: stroke,
seizures, epilepsy, mental status changes, neuromuscular disorders,
MS, headache and movement disorders. /n - Work in collaboration
with faculty, residents, fellows, surgeons, and nursing staff to
provide on-going patient care and management. /n /n At UW Health,

Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program. /n
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from

State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure. /n If Nurse Practitioner*:
/n /n - Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including
prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND /n - Active
board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may
include the following: Adult/Gerontology Acute Care Adult. /n /n If
Physician Assistant*: /n /n - Active PA license, including
prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND /n - Active PA
