Interventional Radiology Location: Hazel Crest, IL Agency: Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. Pay: $2,569 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Cath IR Rad Tech @ S Sub - Interventional Platform FYI- Willing to take traveler with just IR or EP experience About Facility: o Examples: How many licensed beds? 289 Trauma Designation? Level II Teaching Hospital? No Chest Pain Center? Yes Stroke Center? Yes Department Information: o Census? Average patients/day? 12-15 o Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 o Will you accept a first-time traveler? yes Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: o Cardiac Catheterization (Coronary Disease) STEMI o Peripheral Catheterization (Peripheral Artery Disease) including AAA Repairs o Electrophysiology (Arrhythmias) Studies, Ablations, and Device Implants Required License, National Certification, Certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance: o ACLS o IL Radiology Technologist Skills required: o Scrub into procedures with Procedural Physician and support intra-procedure workflows & operate imaging equipment. Sterile technique, familiar with Cath/EP/IR supplies and equipment, radiation safety Support within the Department: o Manager & Assistant Manager o 5 Other Radiology Technologists o 8 Other RNs Technology/Equipment: o EMR: EPIC o Department specific Equipment: Philips Azurion Imaging Equipment, Carto EP Ablations, PFA Ablations, EKOS, IABP, Temp Pacer, MERGE Hemo, Shockwave, CSI, IVUS/FFR Floating: If yes, where? o No Orientation (facility and unit): o NEO o 2 days departmental Scheduling: o Weekend rotation: 1 Weekend On Call per month o On call? If so, what is that schedule? 1-2 nights on call per week and 1 weekend (Fri 1730- Mon 0700) call per month o Holiday Expectations: 1 Major Holiday during contract o RTO Requests: If participating in SimpliFi Clinical Interviewing can we approve up to 7 days of RTO on your behalf, if traveler extends contract to accommodate? Yes depending on dates of RTO o Shift times: 7am-17:30pm M-F (qty 4 10-hr shifts per week, day off varies week to week) o Schedule cycle (how many weeks): 6 week schedule at a time Other notes: o Scrub Color: Blue- Hospital Provided o Parking: Free?
