Work in HIV clinic .5 days per month - The HIV clinic is well stocked with nurses, case managers and an ID specialist pharmacist. 4 days on / 4 days off practice Access to microbiology lab as a resource to your patients and please note this employer also sends out samples to our reference labs at ARUP (Utah) or Mayo Clinic, Rochester with a quick turnaround time This employer offers a strong OPAT ( outpatient parenteral antibiotic treatment) program with two infusion centers. Outpatient infusion pharmacy and home health nursing for patients who are homebound. Short-term rehabilitation center. Robust system for following up on safety labs, with every patient having a detailed " Home IV sheet" for logging and reviewing once or twice weekly lab results.
