working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Chicago, Illinois, 60612! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day
Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent
acute care experience in the Emergency Department required.
License: Current nursing license required. Certifications: BLS,
ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required. Must-Have: - Must live within 75 miles
of the facility. - Mandatory float facility; all resources required
to float at the facility's discretion. Description: The position is
for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. The shift is 3x12,
scheduled from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM. There is no block scheduling.
Weekend requirement is every other weekend, totaling 2 weekends per
month. Requests for time off are limited to 5 days maximum, with no
more than 2 consecutive days off. No time off is permitted on
holidays or the day before or after a holiday. Floating is required
within the scope of practice to meet facility needs. All clinicians
may be floated to various units, including outside their primary
area of competency. If floated outside their primary competency, a
team-based model will be used. There are no designated home units.
Daily patient ratios and specific unit details are not provided.
