Job Description:
New locum opening in Portage, WI for Family Medicine provider
(Licensed in WI or IMLC) Open to Board Certified provider WI or
IMLC license in hand to apply Scheduled outpatient and call Call is
1 weekday a week (24 hours) plus 1 weekend per month Friday 0700-
Monday 0700 This call is telephone call plus in person nursery
coverage. We average 0-1 deliveries on average per shift and less
than 100 annually. Clinic Schedule is 8 am-4:30 pm and are willing
to be flexible on number of days per week. NRP required. If you are
