Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Endoscopy Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - Employment Type: Staff Work Schedule: /n Part-time, 10% FTE, day shift Monday – Friday working 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:45am – 5:30pm, no weekend or holiday rotation required. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department. /n /n Be part of something remarkable /n /n Join the 1 hospital in Wisconsin! /n /n We are seeking an Endoscopy Technician to: /n /n - Assist physicians or other providers with procedures performed in the gastroenterology endoscopy setting. /n - Prepare and position patients for procedures, assisting providers during endoscopy, including biopsy specimen collection, and polypectomy. /n - Restock procedure room supplies and monitor supply PAR levels. /n - Troubleshoot all specialty equipment. /n - Adherence to strict infection control practices and use of personal protective equipment. /n /n /n At UW Health, you will have: /n /n - An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
