Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to
join our team, dedicated to providing top-tier rehabilitation
services. In this role, you will work with patients recovering from
serious illnesses and injuries, assisting them in regaining their
independence and improving their quality of life. This position
requires a compassionate individual with a deep understanding of
physical therapy techniques and patient care to effectively design
and administer treatment plans. You will be a crucial part of a
team that values holistic, patient-centered care in a supportive
and innovative environment. Evaluate patient conditions to develop
effective rehabilitation plans. Implement treatment plans using
techniques such as exercises, stretches, and other physical therapy
interventions. Regularly assess patient progress and adjust
treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans and ongoing management strategies. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Maintain
patient records and comply with healthcare regulations. Participate
in professional development to improve patient care. Strong
understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to design
and execute detailed treatment plans. Proficiency in using physical
therapy tools and equipment. Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
