Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Neurosurgery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel This position is for RN Clinic (Neuro Spine - Surgery) Patient Types / Common Diagnoses: -Pre-operative and post-operative Neuro Spine surgery patients -Neurosurgery cases (No stroke patients) Required License & Certifications: -Active RN License -BLS (Basic Life Support) required -ADN accepted if highly qualified -BSN preferred Required Skills & Experience: -Strong in-basket management experience -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work independently and under pressure -Clinic preparation and workflow coordination -Care coordination from outpatient ? inpatient ? outpatient follow-up -Placing orders and referrals -Nurse triage (including e-messaging) -Patient education -Medication reconciliation (Med Rec) -Verify and coordinate surgery clearance with other specialties (Cardiology, Nephrology, Pulmonology, etc.) -Experience coordinating with multiple clinics for surgical clearance -Must have EPIC EMR experience -Shalini Quick Offer & Start /n-Shalini About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
