Overview: Focus: Primarily general GI (bread-and-butter); advanced
procedures optional Schedule: ~8 hrs hospital rounding, 12 hrs
endoscopy block, 12 hrs clinic weekly Current Team: 1 GI Physician
supported by residents Clinic Volume: ~20 patients per session
Procedures: 6–7 per day Call Schedule: Typically 1:3 (community
physicians cover interim) EMR: EPIC Comp/Benefits: Base Salary:
$600,000–$650,000 (two-year guarantee) Earning Potential: $650,000
for top performers Sign-On/Relocation: Negotiable* PTO/CME:
Standard system package; $3,000 CME allowance
